Your Therapist

Telehealth-14 copy.jpg

I graduated from the University of La Verne, in La Verne California, where I completed my training as the University’s Mental Health Therapist. I spent most of my career servicing low income communities where I received valuable training focused on treating severe mental health issues including trauma focused treatment. I believe life is about continuous growth. I make it a conscious effort to stay on top of developing research and treatment options in the mental health field.

I’m passionate about both providing and receiving therapy as it has been a huge part of my own journey, helping me to get through the highs and lows of Bipolar Disorder. This experience has allowed me to develop a deeper understanding of mental health issues and has fueled my passion to help others.

I’ve been providing psychotherapy services since 2014. I’ve worked with all walks of life. Those suffering with severe mental health issues, who’ve struggled to make ends meet, to working professionals who have fallen off track. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety and bipolar disorders. The two areas I’m excited and passionate about treating.

I am a mother to two active boys and genuinely understand the struggles of parenting. I am a wife, a sister and a friend who is also trying to find that work/life balance.
